Amy You

Amy You is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Financial Services Group, where she leads outsourced finance and accounting engagements for closely held client businesses. With nearly 15 years of experience, she partners with clients to strengthen financial operations, enhance performance, and support long-term growth objectives.

 

Amy directs all aspects of finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. She works closely with client leadership to identify needs, recommend strategies to improve financial performance, and deliver comprehensive business solutions aligned with evolving objectives. Her role also includes overseeing client engagements, managing external audit processes, and supporting technical accounting research and documentation.

 

In addition, Amy plays a key role in expanding client relationships and supporting new business initiatives, while mentoring and developing advanced-level staff through hands-on coaching and collaboration.

 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, she built extensive experience in public accounting and wealth advisory environments, where she supported complex financial reporting, valuation, audit coordination, and day-to-day financial management for investment-focused organizations.
