Alen Danis is a Director in the Corporate Finance Group, with 12 years of experience providing valuation services to public and private clients. Alen’s industry experience includes consumer products, biotechnology, financial services, manufacturing, retail and health care. He manages and performs valuations of business enterprises, equity and debt interests, and intangible assets for tax and financial reporting purposes.
Alen has performed valuation consulting services for clients in various industries, including technology, life sciences, consumer and industrial products, and financial services for purchase price allocations, common stock valuation and gift and estate tax valuations.
Alen also focuses on valuations relating to alternative asset managers, including private equity and venture capital. At the portfolio company level, he participates in review engagements related to the valuation of business enterprises, common and preferred equity, debt, options, as well as various intangible assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Alen held positions in the valuation and transaction advisory groups of several public accounting firms, including a Big 4 accounting firm in NYC.
