Adena DiPasquale

Adena DiPasquale is a Director in the firm's Outsourced Services Group and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Adena primarily serves clients in Financial Services sector, focusing on assisting Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms. 

Adena has a strong background in management company accounting enabling her to guide clients through the several complexities of business accounting and thereby help them achieve their financial goals. In her current role, she reviews Net Asset Values (NAVs), analyzes financial statements, examines annual tax returns and is also responsible for creating forecasts and budgets.

Prior to joining the firm, Adena held a CFO position at an investment management firm. She managed budgeting, vendor reviews, HR, and payroll. Adena also served as a reliable point of contact for clients providing outstanding client services support. Furthermore, she worked closely with fund administrators for the shadowing of books and conducted month-end NAV reviews. She also prepared and reviewed year-end financial statements and coordinated with audit teams to ensure on-time completion of audits.
