Part IV | Year-end tax considerations for Private Equity Funds and Portfolio Companies

Learning Objective: Participants will gain an understanding of tax considerations for year-end transactions, such as loss realizations and deductibility of losses from worthless securities, research and development credits, and other planning opportunities for private equity funds.  Further, participants will learn about year-end topics relevant to the portfolio companies such as tax provision calculations, M&A tax due diligence, latest developments with research and development credits.
