Jieying Lodha

Jieying Lodha is a tax director in the firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice with over 20 years of experience. She serves clients in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management, and is a SALT resource for clients across other industries.

Jieying has led complex multistate engagements for publicly traded multinational corporations and private equity funds across all areas of state and local taxation. She advises private equity funds and asset managers on multistate compliance for pass-through entities and provides guidance on structural planning, nexus management, and emerging state tax developments. She has also managed large, geographically dispersed teams delivering integrated compliance services.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Jieying was a tax senior manager in the multistate tax practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. She also has in-house experience at two publicly traded companies, which gives her insight into corporate tax department operations and priorities.
