Robert Hallman is a Tax Partner in the firm's International Tax Services Group. With over 15 years of experience, he advises clients ranging from individuals to publicly traded multinationals on cross-border tax matters and global structuring strategies.
Robert helps clients with on a wide range of international tax issues--from navigating the evolving legislation, regulatory risks, to compliance obligations. His experience spans technology, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert was an International Tax Principal at a mid-market public accounting firm, where he led global consulting initiatives and advised on emerging tax policy developments affecting multinational operations.
Robert regularly speaks on topics such as international tax reform, Pillar II implementation, and global tax transparency—supporting both internal teams and client organizations with training and up-to-date guidance.
