EisnerAmper Chief Diversity Officer Tenaya Taylor chatted with editor-in-chief Dan Hood of the Accounting Today “On the Air” podcast regarding the firm’s unique new recognition program that promotes employee engagement in diversity, equity and inclusion (“DEI”).

The pair also discussed Tenaya’s efforts to create a strategic DEI roadmap for the firm, including its four pillars of success and how Employee Resource Groups will play a pivotal role. They concluded the wide-ranging conversation about DEI and momentum in the accounting profession and just how much more work is needed to drive lasting inclusive change.
