EisnerAmper Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Professional Appointed to AICPA Executive Committee

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Nicholas Landera, Managing Director in the firm’s Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services (“FLVS”) Group, has been appointed to the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (“AICPAs’”) Forensic and Valuation Executive Committee.

The AICPA’s Forensic and Valuation Services (“FVS”) Executive Committee supports the AICPA by providing its members with information, advocacy and leadership to enable them to perform valuable forensic and valuation services in the highest professional manner. Nicholas will be serving a three-year term on the executive committee.

Nicholas has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, providing business consulting, forensic accounting, litigation support and expert witness services for a wide range of matters, industries and clients. His background includes a range of engagements, including large multi-national investigations, class-action litigation consulting, shareholder disputes, derivative actions and other complex commercial litigation matters. He also has extensive experience in valuing businesses for estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.
