Tim Posey is an AI Solutions Architect in the firm’s AI Advisory Services practice with 25 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions. He helps organizations translate AI strategy into secure, production-ready systems that align with business objectives while supporting governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. His experience spans healthcare, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and other regulated industries.
 
Tim leads the technical delivery of AI engagements, working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. He specializes in large language model (LLM) applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, cloud-native architectures, and AI governance. His work includes developing executive-level technology roadmaps, architecture strategies, implementation plans, risk assessments, and investment recommendations that help organizations move AI initiatives from proof of concept to secure, enterprise-scale deployment.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Tim held senior engineering and architecture leadership roles with a digital health technology company, where he led the development of an FDA-cleared remote patient monitoring platform and introduced AI-enabled clinical decision support capabilities. Earlier in his career, he served as a cloud, IoT, and machine learning architect for a global manufacturing organization and held architecture leadership roles supporting enterprise software and financial services platforms. Throughout his career, he has built and led global engineering teams while driving large-scale cloud modernization and AI initiatives.
