She advises enterprise and middle-market clients across professional services, financial services, private equity, real estate, and technology sectors on AI strategy, solution design, and implementation.

 

Tiffany leads AI advisory engagements focused on solution design, operational readiness assessments, and enterprise adoption roadmaps. She works closely with executive leadership teams to identify high-impact use cases, shape product strategy, and establish the standards and guardrails that keep solutions production-ready. Her experience includes leading the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for financial operations, such as reconciliation platforms supporting mass-tort and class-action settlement administration, and scaling AI initiatives from proof of concept to production deployment.

 

With a background in product management and financial technology, Tiffany brings a practical perspective to AI transformation initiatives to AI transformation initiatives. She has extensive experience developing technology strategies, modernizing business platforms, and leading cross-functional product and engineering teams to bring complex technology programs to market. She also contributes to the development of EisnerAmper's AI advisory methodology, engagement frameworks, and thought leadership.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany held product leadership roles with a leading financial data and analytics company and a publicly traded commercial real estate information and analytics organization. In those roles, she led finance technology modernization initiatives, managed global product and engineering teams, supported acquisition integrations, and developed data and technology solutions used by institutional investors and enterprise organizations worldwide.
