Ryan DeDonato

Ryan DeDonato is a Manager in the firm's Outsourced Services Group. Ryan supports healthcare clients through a variety of accounting  financial management and process improvement strategies. He brings nearly a decade of experience working closely with private practice providers.

Ryan manages the monthly close process and oversees the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy through detailed account analysis, reconciliations, and general ledger oversight. He develops and refines internal control procedures to support client growth and collaborates closely with clients to review financial performance and ensure consistent service quality. In addition, Ryan also coordinates with internal practices to streamline service delivery and promotes the group’s services. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a Staff Accountant for a privately held company specializing in pre-employment screening, where he managed full-cycle accounting functions and supported audit readiness.
