Michael Stuhltrager

Michael Stuhltrager is a Senior Manager at the firm's Attest Real Estate Services Group. With 20 years of experience, Michael specializes in providing audit, advisory, and consulting services and primarily assists closely held companies in real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial sectors. 

Michael oversee complex audits and financial reporting services in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, as well as other basis of accounting requirements. He has deep expertise supporting and helping implement financial systems and support client needs through consulting and advisory services.  

As a thought leader in construction accounting, Michael regularly presents on relevant topics such as revenue recognition, process evaluation, and improvement at various professional organization events. Additionally, he shares his valuable insights during internal training programs focused on enhancing audit quality and performance.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent 15 years in public accounting then as Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of various strategic companies specializing in acquisitions, process improvements, technical accounting areas, and executive management within the construction and real estate industries.
