EisnerAmper LLP is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services, and Eisner Advisory Group LLC and its subsidiary entities provide tax and business consulting services to clients and provide staff and other administrative resources to EisnerAmper LLP. Eisner Advisory Group LLC and its subsidiary entities are not licensed CPA firms.

Eisner Advisory Group LLC, EisnerAmper LLP and/or their respective affiliated entities and subsidiaries (EisnerAmper Entities) may share your Personal Data within the EisnerAmper entities, or with a third-party service provider, which may involve transferring, processing and or storing your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
