Patricia Kiziuk

Patricia Kiziuk is Tax Director in the Private Client Services Group, with 30 years of public accounting experience. Patti has experience in various aspects of tax compliance and consulting in personal taxation for high net worth individuals, flow through enterprises, partnerships and S corporations. She has a broad range of expertise in global mobility and relocation management for multinational corporations, including expatriate tax compliance and consulting, corporate program management and administration and training and development.

In addition to tax compliance and advisory services, Patti has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. This would include handling tax correspondence, federal and state tax audits along with tax lien matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Patti was a Managing Director at a Big 4 accounting firm. She served diverse clients, including high net worth individuals and multinational corporations. For these companies she worked closely with the tax and human resources personnel on a range of employment and individual tax matters.

During her career, Patti has held many leadership and development roles. She also completed short-term assignments in the UK and India. Patti developed a “Certified to Serve” program for clients to ensure engagement teams where properly trained on client complexities, and adhere to process and deadlines. In addition, client collaboration and satisfaction where reviewed throughout the year to monitor efficiencies, delivery and overall satisfaction.

Patti frequently speaks to professional organizations on current tax issues and has presented at the American Payroll Association Annual Conference.
