In addition to experience in financial services, Josh has in-depth knowledge of tax issues related to US expats, including the IRS streamlined foreign offshore procedures, the IRS relief procedures for certain former citizens, claiming the foreign tax credit and foreign earned income exclusion, and 5471/GILTI/962 election reporting.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked with a virtual accounting firm where he prepared and reviewed individual tax returns for US expats. He also gained experience in researching complex tax issues and training new staff.
