Part I | The Female Alliance

Previously Recorded

This session highlighted the strength of women coming together, supporting one another, and building strong alliances. By drawing strength from each other, challenging stereotypes, fostering collaboration, and amplifying each other’s voices, we were able—together—to create a more inclusive and empowering organization and society. Through our strong female networks (fan club, posse, and support group), we provided each other with the support, guidance, and mentorship needed to navigate the complex arenas and challenges that life brought, as well as the issues we shared as women. Each of us actively created and built our alliance networks to fuel us to be our best selves.

We discussed:

  • Why a culture of abundance and cooperation was important and how we cultivated it—rather than a culture of scarcity and competition.
  • How to begin building or strengthening our networks and alliances.

Speakers:

  • Sarah Brand | Partner, EisnerAmper
  • Beth Leonard | Partner, EisnerAmper
  • Betsy Myers | Founder & President, Myers Leadership

Part II | Are your Alliances Intentional and Intersectional?

Previously Recorded

This session helps widen the aperture of your personal and career lenses, to intentionally facilitate including differing people in your network (including your fan club, posse and support group), helping to achieve your goals and enhance your leadership capability.

Join Maureen Paradine, CHRO at EisnerAmper and Lisa Moore, President and Founder of No One Listens to Me, LLC, to discuss how integrating curiosity to seek diverse perspectives, leveraging diversity in intentionally building your alliances, and using words that connect with and support others, can expand your capability and uncover hidden strengths.

To help bring your alliances into focus, Lisa will Introduce the ORCA (Observe, Reflect, Converse, Act) model, to synergize your connections.

Being intentionally inclusive in who you invite into your alliance network will help you expand your capacity and realize what’s possible!

Speakers:

  • Gail Kelman | Director, EisnerAmper
  • Lisa Moore | President & Founder, No One Listens to Me LLC
  • Diane Wasser | Partner, EisnerAmper
