Move Enhances Client Service Capabilities and Staff Engagement

EisnerAmper, one of the largest accounting firms in the U.S., recently relocated into its new Dallas, TX, operating space in Uptown at 2651 North Harwood Street in the Harwood District—steps from the iconic American Airlines Center, Victory Park and Katy Trail. Harwood currently showcases more than two million square feet of premier class AA office space, eight restaurants, residential and retail space, set within a park-like campus with gardens and art-filled lobbies.

The move was prompted by the firm’s continued growth in both Texas and the central United States, along with the need for leading-edge processes and workspaces that support EisnerAmper’s “clients-first, employees-first” approach. While the location offers continued proximity to EisnerAmper clients in private equity, financial services, real estate, life sciences and health care, this move best positions the firm to continue to provide world-class client service and further its national expansion into the technology sector, outsourced accounting services, and the firm’s consulting and advisory practices.

“We’re thrilled to strengthen our roots in Dallas,” said EisnerAmper Principal-in-Charge of the Texas market and Private Equity Growth Leader Ethan Boothe (a DFW native). “As our client base has grown significantly in Texas and beyond, this strategic location in Uptown will serve as a wonderful base of operations for our staff to service clients and cultivate exciting new markets. Addressing the current and future needs of our clients is directly correlated with the continued expansion of our consulting and advisory practices, which is the cornerstone of our growth strategy.”

EisnerAmper has partnered with noted Texas commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield for tenant representation and Harwood on build-out and tenant services.
