EisnerAmper Names New Managing Director and National Leader for Transaction Advisory Services

Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper has named Judd E. Appel as the Managing Director and National Leader in the Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) Group.

Judd’s prior experience includes 20 years of transaction services and investment banking with blue-chip companies where he led the mergers and acquisitions and lending platforms connecting clients with institutional investors. He has diverse experience with both public and private clients across a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, automotive, aerospace, technology and private equity. He has also held a variety of roles including CFO and corporate development.

Judd’s role is to provide clients actionable, risk-mitigating information on both buy-side and sell-side transaction services. This includes helping private equity firms and portfolio companies with the complex areas of financial, tax, structuring, IT, compliance and valuation due diligence.

Judd has a B.S. in Finance and an M.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and has a FINRA Series 7 license as a Registered Investment Advisor and FINRA Series 79 license for Investment Banking. Judd is a member of the Broward County Chamber of Commerce, the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Association, and the Turnaround Management Association. He is based at the firm’s Miami, Florida, office.
