Tyler Storhaug is a Partner in the firm. With nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting, Tyler specializes in tax planning and compliance for both privately and publicly held companies. He has expertise in a wide range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, financial services, health care, real estate, retail, and professional sports and entertainment.

With a deep understanding of complex business structures, Tyler advises companies on entity structuring, partner and executive compensation, tax accounting methods, income and expense allocations, IRS audits, ASC 740 compliance, and business transactions such as divestitures and acquisitions. He is well-versed in working with family offices and high-net-worth individuals, guiding them on income tax planning, compliance, and wealth transfer strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was a Tax Managing Director at a leading global accounting and advisory firm. He previously spent over a decade at a Big 4 accounting firm specializing in tax advisory and compliance.

Additionally, Tyler has authored key insights on Qualified Opportunity Zones and other sophisticated tax matters, helping businesses and individuals navigate evolving regulations while optimizing financial outcomes.
