Travis Epp

Travis Epp is partner-in-charge of EisnerAmper’s Manufacturing & Distribution Group, with approximately 35 years of public practice and private industry experience. Manufacturers and distributors rely on Travis to look beyond the numbers and help them address their most important priorities, challenges, and opportunities. In his leadership role, Travis works across the firm to connect manufacturers and distributors with the resources, capabilities, and insights they need to navigate risk, drive performance, and create long-term value.

Travis focuses primarily on privately held, middle-market companies and is committed to understanding each client’s business well beyond its immediate accounting needs. His background in accounting, audit, and advisory services provides a strong technical foundation, while his experience across multiple industries enables him to bring a broader business perspective. He works closely with owners, executives, and financial leaders to understand their strategic objectives and connect them with the right resources across EisnerAmper.

Drawing on extensive relationships throughout the firm and the broader business community, Travis helps clients address a wide range of business needs, including operational improvement, profitability and performance, acquisitions and transactions, tax planning and incentives, technology and cybersecurity, risk management, internal controls, succession planning, and other opportunities to enhance enterprise value. His approach is centered on building long-term relationships and bringing forward the right expertise as clients’ businesses and needs evolve.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Travis spent nearly ten years with a Big 4 accounting firm serving public and private companies. He later served as senior financial officer of a family enterprise that controlled several public and private organizations across multiple industries. As certifying financial officer for two publicly traded companies, he regularly presented to audit committees and executive boards. Having worked on both sides of the client relationship, Travis brings a practical perspective on the challenges facing business owners and senior executives.

Travis is active in the business and nonprofit communities. He has served on the Board of Breakthrough T1D in New Jersey since 2023. He is also an active member of Financial Executives International, where he previously served on the Board of Directors and as president of the New Jersey Chapter.

In 2026, Travis received an NJBIZ Executive Excellence Award and an NJBIZ Board Leadership Award. He was previously named to ROI-NJ’s 2022 list of influencers in manufacturing and to the NJBIZ Accounting Power 50 in 2020 and 2021.
