Tim Drozd

Tim Drozd is a Partner and serves as EisnerAmper’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, operational transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. He oversees the firm’s financial strategy and operations, helping drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

 

Throughout his career, Tim has led finance organizations through periods of significant growth, acquisitions, and business transformation. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, tax, risk management, business process improvement, and post-acquisition integration. He works closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives, enhance operational performance, and support strategic decision-making.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Tim served as Chief Financial Officer of engineering, consulting, and professional services organizations backed by leading private equity firms, where he led financial operations, supported growth initiatives, and played key roles in strategic acquisitions and successful business transactions. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership positions at a global information services company, where he also led finance transformation initiatives and earned certification as a Master Black Belt in business process improvement.
