Sherri Cohen is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Outsourced Accounting Professional and Legal Services Practice. She brings over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting across a diverse range of industries. Her expertise spans real estate, investment funds, nonprofit organizations, consumer products, automotive, and marketing, with a focus on legal and other professional service sectors.
 
Sherri specializes in delivering outsourced CFO services tailored to each client’s unique operational and strategic needs. Her services include developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, overseeing internal and external financial teams, and creating comprehensive strategic business plans. These plans encompass financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the management of complex financial records.
 
Before joining EisnerAmper, Sherri served as Principal and Leader of Client Accounting and Advisory Services at a top 50 national accounting firm. She has held other key roles as a fund administrator, controller, and outsourced CFO, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and a leading resource for EisnerAmper’s outsourced team, clients, and industry peers.
 
Sherri is active in the professional community as a member of the Business Council of Westchester. She has been recognized as a 2025 914INC. Women in Business Honoree and a 2026 City & State New York Above & Beyond Women Honoree. She has been featured in the Northeast Carwasher quarterly publication and serves as Treasurer of HisToury, a Westchester-based nonprofit organization.
