Sean Hutton

Sean Hutton is a Partner in the firm. With nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting, Sean specializes in providing audit services and primarily focuses in commercial real estate and the affordable housing industry. 

Sean is adept in leading audit engagements for a wide variety of affordable housing projects. His work with clients includes all aspects of real estate, from construction contractors, real estate developers, commercial and residential property owners and operators, senior housing, tax credit syndicators, and real investment funds. Sean also has experience in healthcare and not-for-profit organizations.

Sean's expertise also includes cost certification audits, mortgagor, and tax credits. In addition, he supports the preparation of financial statements and electronic submissions to the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC).

Prior to joining the firm, Sean was a Partner in Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
