Rebecka Griffin Frate is a partner in the firm. With over ten years of public accounting experience, Rebecka primarily specializes in the construction and real estate industries with an emphasis on low-income housing tax credits and HUD-assisted projects. Rebecka has provided audit services to construction contractors, real estate funds, property-level projects, governmental housing authorities, and not-for-profits.
Rebecka’s responsibilities at EisnerAmper include performing and supervising numerous audit, review, compilation, and agreed-upon-procedures engagements in the industries specified above. These duties include leading all aspects of audit and assurance engagements, from planning and risk assessment to financial statement preparation and engagement wrap-up. Rebecka’s experience and outstanding client service have enabled her to deliver high-quality work and individualized service to each client.
Rebecka leads and has significant experience in on-campus recruiting efforts at numerous universities in Alabama and Georgia, and assists in overseeing her local office’s community service and event planning committee.
Rebecka is also an active speaker and panelist on topics related to the accounting profession, real estate, and affordable housing. She has participated in programs hosted by Women in Real Estate (WIRE) at the University of Wisconsin and Georgia College & State University and serves as a host and speaker for the firm’s annual Summer Leadership Program for college students. She has also participated in the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) Summit in 2025 and 2026.
