Patricia O'Donnell

Patricia O’Donnell is a Tax Director with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Trish has dedicated much of her career to building and enhancing a specialized expertise in corporate and partnership taxation. She has significant experience in the review of corporate, partnership and individual tax returns; preparation and review of public and privately-held company tax provisions – ASC 740 (FAS 109); Federal, state and local tax research and planning techniques; representation at Federal and state audits; and mergers and acquisitions.
