Natalie Giesen is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Services practice with nearly 20 years of experience serving the affordable housing real estate industry. She specializes in serving owners, developers, and management companies, with an emphasis on organizations with large portfolios of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Rural Development (RD) financed programs.
Natalie provides audit and assurance services and has extensive experience with development-stage engagements, including tax credit cost certifications, general contractor cost certifications, and carryover allocations.
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie was a partner at Tidwell Group, LLC. Earlier in her career, she served as director of finance for a large local church.
