Morgan has extensive experience in developing and optimizing bookkeeping operations, designing processes, training materials, and operational frameworks to drive efficiency and profitability. His strategic approach has led to a refined specialization in serving dental practices, aligning financial services with the distinct needs of practice owners. Beyond accounting, Morgan works closely with dental practice owners, providing hands-on business consulting to help them interpret financial statements and implement strategies that strengthen profitability.

Before joining the firm, Morgan was President of HDA Accounting Group, a dental-specific CPA firm based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in tax, accounting, and financial advisory services. Under his leadership, the firm experienced significant expansion, increasing its client base to over 900-plus dental practice across all 50 states.

Before transitioning to accounting, Morgan served as a commissioned officer and Naval Aviator in the United States Navy for over ten years. Flying carrier-based F/A-18 Hornets, he completed deployments to the Persian Gulf, executing combat missions over Iraq in support of Operation Southern Watch. As a flight instructor and landing signal officer, he trained newly winged Naval Aviators in air-to-air combat and aircraft carrier landings.
