Michael Bentivegna is a director in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Group within the firm’s Financial Advisory Services Group. He has over 10 years of experience in forensic accounting and complex damages analysis, with a focus on commercial litigation and forensic investigations.
Michael’s commercial litigation experience includes forensic accounting, fraud and embezzlement investigations, shareholder and partnership disputes, post-merger and acquisition working capital and earn-out disputes, contractual disputes, lost profit calculations, and other litigation support services.
Additionally, Michael supports the firm’s professionals in preparing expert reports, correspondence, case memoranda, supporting exhibits and databases, as well as preparation for depositions and testimony. Prior to joining EisnerAmper, he worked on the forensic accounting, litigation and disputes team at a New York-based accounting and audit firm.
Michael was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts in 2020.
