He specializes in tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses, with expertise in flow-through taxation, C-corporations, and complex state and local tax issues. His diverse client base includes entities in software, high-tech, real estate, legal services, private equity/hedge funds, and investment partnerships.

Michael provides a wide range of services, including private-equity buy-ins and buy-outs, federal and state tax compliance, and state and local sales and use tax guidance. He is adept at analyzing tax consequences of contributions to partnerships, evaluating state and local tax liabilities, advising on sales and use tax compliance, preparing composite filings, and managing real estate transactions.
