Michael Arena

Michael Arena is a Partner and the National Leader for the firm’s Transfer Pricing Practice. With over 20 years of experience, Michael has expertise in helping companies deal with transfer pricing issues across various industries, including apparel, technology, life sciences, software, manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, specialty chemicals, real estate, automotive, railroad, and private equity funds.

 

Michael advises companies on determining, evaluating, and documenting intercompany pricing arrangements for tangible and intangible property, services, and financial transactions. His experience includes transfer pricing policy design for multistate and multinational purposes, global documentation studies, profit sharing, royalty analyses, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and audit defense in the U.S. and abroad.

Michael is a licensed attorney in North Carolina. Before joining the firm, he was a Partner at a leading North Carolina-based accounting firm.
