Melanie Talley

Melanie Talley is a director with the firm with nearly 20 years of experience in association management. She has worked with a wide range of clients, helping their organizations navigate governance, policy development, and the challenges associations commonly face. 

In her current role, Melanie works closely with clients' volunteer leadership on governance and policy matters, with particular focus on meeting management and accreditation development and implementation. She provides a broad range of services, including membership recruitment and retention strategy, event management, marketing strategy and implementation, volunteer coordination, policy development, and strategic assessment. 

Functioning as a chief staff member on numerous boards, Melanie brings a neutral, objective perspective to the execution of an organization's mission, strategies, and goals. She draws on her experience to help organizations assess challenges and act on opportunities. 

Prior to joining the firm, Melanie was a principal at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
