Marc Cohen

Marc Cohen is a partner in the firm’s Accounting and Outsourcing Services practice with 25 years of experience providing accounting and outsourced CFO services to financial services clients. He primarily serves private investment firms and their management companies, including hedge funds and private equity firms.

Marc provides accounting and financial reporting support across a range of investment structures. His experience includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, internal accounting schedules, capital statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. He also provides back-office CFO services and supports clients with audit, tax, and other accounting-related functions.

Marc joined EisnerAmper through its combination with Cohen and Associates, where he had spent approximately 18 years. Earlier in his career, he worked in the accounting department of an investment firm and began his career in audit with public accounting firms.
