Lee leads audit and assurance engagements for SEC registrants, private equity-backed businesses, and privately held companies. He is particularly experienced in helping organizations navigate complex financial reporting and regulatory requirements, including initial public offerings (IPOs), SEC reporting, business combinations, and significant growth transactions.

Over the course of his career, Lee has advised companies at various stages of development, from emerging growth businesses seeking access to the capital markets to mature organizations operating in highly regulated environments. His experience includes audits performed under both PCAOB and AICPA standards, as well as leading complex audit engagements involving multiple business units, locations, and reporting requirements.
