Kristina M. Yanover

Kristi Yanover is an Audit Partner with nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in audit and tax services. Her tax experience primarily focused on closely held businesses, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.

 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Kristi served as an Audit Partner at Lindsay & Brownell, LLP, a full-service accounting and consulting firm. In that role, she built and led a comprehensive assurance and advisory practice, focusing on nonprofit audits and accounting and advisory services across diverse industries. Earlier in her career, she worked at a Big Four accounting firm, where she developed a strong technical foundation in audit and accounting.

 

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kristi is deeply engaged in the nonprofit community. She serves as Treasurer of her family’s charity, the Chad Zeller Memorial Fund, and has been a member of its Board since its inception. Kristi has also served on the Board of Angels Foster Family Network for over 11 years in various leadership roles, as well as on the Board of the Coastal Community Foundation. She currently serves as Treasurer of Ten Talent, Inc. and as a member of the Finance Committee for Voice of San Diego.
