Kobi Assaraf

Kobi Assaraf is a partner in EisnerAmper’s National Office of Professional Practice and serves as the firm’s technical partner for the Financial Services practice. Kobi brings more than 30 years of experience across professional services, global financial institutions, and the capital markets. He advises financial services clients on complex accounting, assurance, risk management, and financial reporting matters across hedge funds, private equity and venture capital, private credit, asset managers, broker-dealers, securitization vehicles, and digital asset businesses.

His multidisciplinary background allows him to assess financial reporting matters through technical, business, risk, and investor lenses.
