Kelli Winter is a Partner in the firm. Kelli has more than 30 years of private and public accounting experience and brings a wealth of knowledge in many facets of accounting for the real estate and construction industries.
Kelli has been extensively involved in affordable housing initiatives throughout her career. Her expertise includes the management and execution of numerous audits financed through the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Kelli has also held prominent financial management roles in both public and private sectors. This diverse experience has cultivated a deep understanding of operational and financial management, equipping her with the unique ability to offer innovative solutions and valuable insights. Her strategic approach helps clients navigate complex challenges and drive towards their business objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelli was a Partner in Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries. Before this, Kelli was an assurance partner in the Real Estate practice of a large, national accounting firm.
