Katherine Torres is a Partner in the firm. Katherine's practice area includes delivering outsourced business services to a variety of organizations. With over 15 years of consulting experience, Katherine has provided an array of consulting services centered on creating and measuring value, understanding and mitigating risk, optimizing processes and resources, and designing workable solutions to complex problems.

She has experience leading projects related to business valuations, lost profits analysis, due diligence support, internal audit, strategic planning, and outsourcing. Functioning as a senior leader on numerous multi-year large scale projects, she has a depth of experience providing leadership in project strategy, process design and improvement, training, quality control, change control, policy implementation, resource management, reporting, and communications.

Katherine draws upon her career experience to help organizations assess the current state of key business processes while making recommendations to capitalize on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency. Katherine focuses on outsourced business service practice areas that provide support to organizations managing change or growth opportunities. These outsourced business services range from support with accounting and finance processes to the development of custom, interdisciplinary teams to provide support in other areas such as project management, change management, process outsourcing, and staff augmentation.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, she worked in economic development, supporting initiatives regarding regional and state economic competitiveness.
