John Strausser

John Strausser is a Partner in the firm’s Professional Practice Group with over 20 years of experience. John has served a variety of public and private companies throughout his career with a focus on the construction, oil & gas, oilfield services, and manufacturing industries.  He has experience assisting clients with capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs.    

Prior to joining the firm, John was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. In that role, as a member of P&N’s Quality Control Group, he focused on performing engagement technical reviews, research, and consultations. Prior to his time at P&N, John was the CFO of a privately held oil & gas company and a Managing Director at a Big 4 accounting firm.
