John Delalio

John Delalio is a Partner in the firm’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Services Group, helping digital asset companies get set up correctly from the start so they are audit-ready and prepared for a capital raise, M&A, or IPO. He works closely with founders and finance leaders to build the financial systems and controls that these companies need but rarely have in place.

 

What sets John apart is his deep, hands-on technical experience that goes well beyond accounting. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has implemented major ERP systems, designed applications for financial services companies, run data centers for SaaS businesses, and served as an enterprise architect for a major hospital system. That background is directly relevant in the blockchain and digital asset space, where the line between finance and technology is thin. John understands the systems, data, and controls underneath a company's operations, which lets him design solutions that can withstand due diligence and satisfy auditors, investors, and regulators.

 

John also serves in the firm’s Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services Group, where he provides outsourced accounting, fractional CFO, and FP&A support that helps small to mid-sized organizations strengthen financial operations and grow. He serves on the Board of Directors of NY Tech Alliance, a nonprofit supporting New York's technology community.
