John Delalio

John Delalio is a Partner in the firm’s EA Outsourcing Solutions (“EAOS”) Group. EAOS provides outsourced Accounting, Finance, HR, and IT solutions to small businesses, startups, and family offices. The group utilizes cloud-based application technology to provide these services to clients across the United States and around the world in a highly efficient and cost-effective way.  John is also a member of the firm’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Services group.  

John has over 25 years of experience providing outsourcing services that meet the specific needs of his clients. With an engineering mindset, he is able to utilize his background in finance, accounting, information technology, and operations, to create internet-based services, which allow companies to grow and operate, quickly and profitably. John has held senior leadership positions in multiple industries, including IT services, health care, financial services, manufacturing, and accounting. He is adept at understanding how to mine important data out of information systems and presenting that data in a meaningful and actionable way. Essentially, John knows how to create the “gauges and dials” required so that businesses are able to operate efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining the firm, John was a Director of Business Development at a private manufacturing company and was responsible for sales and marketing.

In his community, John is on the Board of Directors of NY Tech Alliance, a non-profit organization supporting the New York tech community and which runs NY Tech Meetup, the largest Meetup group in the world.
