Jessica Estrella

Jess Estrella is an Assurance National Office Partner and serves as the firm’s Assurance Technology & Innovation Leader. With 20 years of experience, Jess is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and execution of Assurance AI initiatives across the firm. In this role, she is a central architect of the firm’s Assurance AI operating model, delivery structure, and vendor interoperability approach.

Jess leads the Assurance AI program’s transition from planning to execution, overseeing delivery sequencing, governance, resource alignment, decision rights, operating standards, and end-to-end delivery across assurance disciplines. She is a core member of the Assurance AI Steering Committee and serves as Program Delivery Lead for key initiatives. 

Jess also plays a leading external facing role with key technology and industry stakeholders. She coordinates directly with vendors and professional bodies on assurance technology integration, interoperability, and roadmap alignment, ensuring solutions align with firm standards and deployment objectives. 

In addition to her technology leadership, Jessica has extensive experience overseeing audit and review engagements for public and private companies, including audit approach design. Her technical expertise spans SEC compliance, internal control remediation, revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, and complex equity instruments.
