Jeremy Sanders is a Partner in the firm. With over 15 years of experience, Jeremy specializes in application development, business intelligence, IT project management, and data-driven technology solutions for government agencies, insurance organizations, higher education institutions, financial services companies, and private enterprises.

Jeremy focuses on designing and implementing strong data foundations enabling meaningful analytics and informed decision-making. His expertise includes database system architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, data integration and migration, ETL process mapping, and custom reporting solutions. He works extensively within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging Azure, SQL, Fabric, and Power BI to develop scalable backend systems, interactive dashboards, KPI-tracking tools, and advanced analytics capabilities, helping organizations transform raw data into actionable insights.

In addition to business intelligence and data strategy, Jeremy develops process automation solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency. His experience includes workflow optimization, advanced data visualization, and custom software design and customization. As a back-end developer, he focuses on building secure, scalable systems that support long-term operational and analytical needs.

Jeremy also brings significant project leadership experience, including project triage and rescue, business analysis, technology improvements, and Agile project management practices. He has guided initiatives through all phases of the project life cycle, integrating structured feedback systems and disciplined execution strategies to align with client goals and deliver measurable results.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this role, he worked as a Database Project Manager/Analyst for a global, market-leading risk management and regulatory compliance consulting.
