Jeremy has deep expertise in Section 42 low-income housing tax credit projects. He specializes in consulting with real estate developers, focusing on partnership audits, the tax credit application process, and audits compliant with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. Additionally, Jeremy has extensive experience in final cost certification audits, preparing tax credit application packages for various states, and ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy was a Partner in Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
