Jeanne-Marie specializes in providing audit services to the real estate industry with an emphasis on low-income housing tax credit projects and HUD-assisted projects. She also has experience working with residential real estate funds and property-level projects.

Jeanne-Marie is also adept in real estate development engagements. She helps clients with final cost certifications, initial 10% tests, and various Agreed-Upon Procedure reports in the affordable housing sector. Her key duties involve organizing, leading, and overseeing the entire audit process. This includes managing all stages of the audit and assurance tasks—from initial planning and risk evaluation to the final review of financial statements and concluding the engagement.
