Jason Pitts

Jason Pitts is a Partner in the firm’s National Office of Professional Practice with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Jason's responsibilities include leading efforts in maintaining and implementation of firm policies, methodology, and innovation, along with assisting with internal quality programs.

In previous roles, Jason focused on audits of public and private companies across various industries, including healthcare, industrial products, construction, and manufacturing. Jason's experience in public accounting has developed his technical, analytical and leadership skills that have assisted the firm in developing training, establishing firm standards, and enhancing audit quality. Furthermore, he has an extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC, PCAOB and AICPA requirements and standards. He has experience assisting clients with technical research in the adoption of new accounting guidance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, impairment analyses and in monitoring of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, Jason worked in the audit practice of a Big 4 accounting firm.
