Howard Klein

Howard Klein is a Tax Partner with more than 30 years of public accounting experience serving clients in a variety of industries. He specializes in U.S and International tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and U.S and foreign high net worth individuals. He is responsible for the full time supervision and servicing of many clients in the manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage industries.

Howard's expertise includes corporate, partnership and individual tax compliance, tax planning, estate and trust planning, multi-state taxation, including representation at federal and state tax audits. He also has vast experience with merger and acquisitions and worked closely on the sale of several of his clients businesses.

Most recently, Howard was named to the NJBIZ 2020 Accounting Power 50 list of leaders who are counted upon to provide sound guidance on every facet of an organization’s operations. In addition, he is an integral participant in the firm's continuing professional education programs.
