Biography

Henric Adey is a Director and the National Leader of the firm’s Transfer Pricing Practice. As practice leader, he is responsible for advising clients over a wide span of industries concerning both international and multi-state transfer pricing matters. This includes assisting companies with transfer pricing documentation and planning projects in addition to supply chain restructuring. Henric also provides advice on the transfers of intangible property, royalty arrangements, cost-sharing of intellectual property, and profit-split analyses. He has significant expertise in audit support and defense; and state tax planning.

Prior to joining firm, Henric had a significant role in the Transfer Pricing Group of a Big 4 accounting firm. His prior work experience has afforded him insights into the European and Asian financial markets.

Henric is a native German speaker.
