Greg Flannigan is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of public accounting experience. He has expertise in the areas of income tax, transaction advisory services, business structuring, generational transfers, and mergers and acquisitions. Greg works with clients to provide holistic tax and business advisory solutions that focus on all aspects of his clients’ financial positions.

Greg has a knack for leveraging his broad experience and creativity to find practical solutions to complex issues for his clients, including family-owned, private equity-owned, or publicly owned, manufacturing, SAAS, health care or medical technology, professional services, or other industries.

Greg has led several high-value projects for his clients over the years, including those related to business restructuring, start-up funding, generational transitions, international tax structuring, multi-state tax structuring, and equity-based compensation work.

Prior to joining the firm, Greg was a Tax Partner and provided transaction advisory services at Lurie LLP, a Minneapolis-based accounting and advisory firm, which provided clients with solutions in accounting, audit, tax planning and wealth management, serving business leaders in a wide variety of industries including health care, professional services, technology, manufacturing, real estate and more.
