Gregory Chin is a Partner in the firm’s Transaction Advisory practice with 30 years of experience advising clients on buy-side and sell-side financial diligence. Greg works with private companies, strategic buyers and sellers, private equity groups, lenders, and founder-led businesses to evaluate transactions and navigate the financial complexities of acquisitions and divestitures. He also works closely with corporate development teams and strategic acquirers, supporting organizations executing M&A strategies in addition to private equity-backed transactions.
Greg specializes in financial due diligence across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, private equity, professional services, hospitality, franchise, construction, automotive, sports and entertainment, public companies, and the cannabis sector. He partners with clients to assess historical financial performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to his current role, Greg served as a Partner at a global accounting and advisory organization, where he led buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements for a diverse client base.
