Glenn S. Liebman

Glenn S. Liebman is a Partner in the firm’s Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group, with over 30 years of experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation consulting. He advises owners of closely held businesses, attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals on complex financial matters involving business valuations, shareholder disputes, estate and gift tax planning, business planning, and the acquisition and sale of businesses.

Throughout his career, Glenn has worked on more than 2,000 engagements and has been court-appointed as a neutral financial expert on hundreds of matters. He has provided expert witness testimony in federal and state courts on over 55 occasions on issues involving business valuation, forensic accounting, asset tracing, tax matters, and other complex financial analyses. His experience helps clients and legal professionals navigate highly contested matters with clear, well-supported financial insights.

Prior to joining the firm, Glenn was Managing Partner at KLG Business Valuators & Forensic Accountants, LLC, a business valuation and forensic accounting firm that provided litigation support, expert witness services, forensic accounting, and financial consulting to attorneys, business owners, and financial professionals. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment management and served as an auditor with a global accounting firm.

Glenn is also a frequent author and speaker on business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support topics. Selected highlights include publishing on hedge fund valuation issues in matrimonial matters and presenting to legal, accounting, and judicial audiences on business valuation, cryptocurrency valuation, forensic accounting, and financial issues arising in complex litigation and matrimonial matters.
