David Gralnick

David Gralnick is a Partner in the firm’s Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group with extensive experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation consulting. He advises closely held companies, attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals on complex financial matters involving business valuations, investigative accounting, and damage claims.

David brings a diversified background in litigation consulting, accounting, auditing, and taxation. Throughout his career, he has assisted more than a thousand clients in evaluating financial issues arising from shareholder disputes, matrimonial matters, business transactions, and other contested proceedings. His ability to combine technical accounting knowledge with practical business insight helps clients and legal professionals navigate complex financial analyses and valuation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a Partner at KLG Business Valuators & Forensic Accountants, LLC, a business valuation and forensic accounting firm that provided litigation support, valuation services, forensic investigations, and expert financial analysis. Earlier in his career, he worked at a public accounting firm, where he developed broad experience in accounting, tax, and advisory services.

David is also an active speaker on business valuation, forensic accounting, and financial issues affecting litigation and matrimonial matters. Selected presentations have addressed executive compensation, business valuation methodologies, calculating lost profits, the impact of tax law changes, restricted stock units, and the use of tax returns in financial analysis and dispute resolution.
